LESS FUSS. MORE EXPLORING.
A smarter luggage tag.
A simpler way to connect.
A traditional luggage tag relies on written details. If Found adds two ways to open a contact webpage: an NFC tap and a QR code scan.
Keep the return journey simple, with mobile number and WhatsApp contact options in one place.

A few good
questions.
Get to know your NFC and QR code luggage tag.
How does an If Found luggage tag work?+
The tag opens a simple webpage when someone taps it with a compatible NFC smartphone or scans its QR code. The webpage provides your mobile number and WhatsApp contact options, so a finder can get in touch.
Does the finder need an app?+
No dedicated app download is needed. A finder opens your contact webpage using the NFC tag or QR code. Using WhatsApp requires access to WhatsApp.
What is the difference between NFC and QR?+
NFC uses a close-range tap with a compatible smartphone. A QR code is scanned with a phone camera or QR reader. Both provide a way to open the tag’s contact webpage.
What contact details does the webpage show?+
If Found provides mobile number and WhatsApp contact options. Choose contact details you are comfortable making available to someone who opens your tag’s webpage.
Can I use it to track my bag’s location?+
The experience described here helps a finder contact you. It does not provide a live luggage location map or promise that a lost bag will be returned.
Where can I buy a tag?+
Visit the Digital Dawes Etsy shop for available tags, current prices, delivery information and ordering details.
